B. Braun Pakistan recently organized activities in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi in early May 2018 as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. In Lahore and Islamabad, the team visited two orphanages, and presented gifts and food snacks to the children. Highlights of the visit included singing, dancing and painting with the children. In Karachi, where the B. Braun Pakistan Head Office is located, the team spent time at a home for people with special needs.

The inaugural visits aimed to bring cheer to underprivileged and special needs children on the eve of Ramadan. A collaborative effort between the Human Resources and Corporate Communications departments, the activities were also part of the organisation’s efforts to engage and involve its employees in community projects.

The visits received favourable feedback from all employees involved, and more CSR activities are being planned for the future.
